The staff were attentive to requests I had. They were always quick to assist. The location is central allowing easy access to local attractions. The room featured a very comfortable bed and pillows. It made for a restful sleep after a busy day.
The minibar was stocked with items. I could not use it for my own beverages. The bathroom lacked counter space. It was difficult to place my toiletries.

we needed a quick night away together. it was fun and romantic. the staff at the gold lounge were very nice. james took some amazing photos of us. he.
the rooms electrical design had a flaw. there were usb chargers for phones but no electrical outlets close to the bed. this caused me to order a cot. i needed an electrical outlet for my cpap machine.

wow , what a hotel. the room was equipped with everything i needed. the location has so many fabulous things close by , including raffles arcade shopping centre which is connected. i also loved prego , where i had the most good meal.

The location is quite convenient to access nearby areas.
The room felt dated and showed wear and tear, disappointing. A power socket near the bed had fallen off, revealing the wiring. It remained unfixed during my three-night stay. The minibar was stocked with expensive items, and I could not use it for my own beverages.
